At this meeting we will review our activities during the last year and talk about the upcoming election of the board and other membership related issues.
A key part of the meeting is to allow participants (members and non-members) to show-off their most beautiful, interesting, cutest photos of butterflies, moths or caterpillars in a photo presentation. Each participant may share up to 6 images. Please submit your images to Laura Miller (lmiller133@cox.net) who will compile them into a PowerPoint slide show that we will run during the meeting. Each participant will be asked to speak about the images they have submitted. We encourage and look forward to your submissions.
